Back in 2018, I was working with local businesses struggling with mobile apps that looked polished but confused their customers. The disconnect was obvious – beautiful designs that nobody could actually use effectively.
That's when we decided to take a different approach. Instead of starting with visual trends, we begin every project by understanding how people actually interact with mobile interfaces in their daily routines.
